Clowns in a Car: A Serious Proposal
My preferred project management methodology (at least at my current company) is one without a name. It has evolved over time and is of my own devising. It has no name because the only one I can think of is silly. But it works. During this presentation, I will explain my approach to managing a software development project and demonstrate a few of the tools and techniques I use to maximize the probability that the software will be delivered on time.
BIOGRAPHY:
Ken Frei, PMP, MCITP, SCWCD, is a Senior Technology Project Manager for Sterling Commerce (soon to be swallowed whole by IBM). He has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, and has worked primarily in project management and software development.
