WebSphere for Dummies - 1.25 hours
WebSphere, WebSphere, WebSphere! If you’ve been hearing this a lot maybe it’s time to truly understand what it’s all about. This session is geared towards IT Executives, Decision Makers or anyone that needs to understand the WebSphere portfolio better. We will approach the subject for attendees that have little or no knowledge of WebSphere and will gently introduce you to all the products in the family available on i5/OS along with their business value.
BIOGRAPHY:
Al Grega is responsible for managing the WebSphere product portfolio on the IBM System i platform Worldwide. Prior to this position he was the Director of Product Marketing at LANSA USA for over two years, and before that an IBMer for over 24 years. He has experience in operating systems development, services, marketing and sales. Al has also taught at the State University of New York at Farmingdale and is currently on the Strategic Education Team for Web Application Development at COMMON (a Users Group – www.common.org).
